On 4th January 2011 SJ will be holding a special Vision & Values event which will involve every single member of our staff team from all 4 dealerships. So for you our customers this gives me the opportunity to communicate that we won’t re open for business in the New Year until 5th January.
If you interested here’s a little bit about our day - this ‘Vision and Values Pit Stop’ will be an opportunity for us to start the New Year by:
- Taking a fresh look at our Company Vision and Values
- Celebrating the areas where we have made strides towards achieving our Vision
- Identifying next steps and the challenges ahead for 2011
- Coming together in one place to be re-energised, re-focussed and re-envisioned for the task ahead.
The day will build on last year’s event that I posted about in a previous blog earlier in the year. It will be fun, high energy and interactive. I have no doubt as we move towards living our values on a daily basis the experience for you, our customers, will be enhanced.
